Director KYC in Gurugram: New Triennial Regime, DIN Compliance, and Reactivation
📌 TL;DR - Director KYC (DIR-3) in Gurugram Services at a Glance
MCA has replaced annual DIR-3 KYC with triennial (once every 3 years) from 31 March 2026 (G.S.R. 943(E)). Only DIR-3 KYC-Web is prescribed. Due date: 30 June of the triennial year. Changes in mobile/email/address must be updated within 30 days. Non-filing = DIN deactivated. Reactivation: Rs 5,000 late fee. Applies to ALL DIN holders: active, resigned, foreign, LLP partners.

Directors who filed for FY 2024-25 (by September 2025) won't need to file again until FY 2027-28 (due by 30 June 2028). However, any change in mobile/email/address must be updated within 30 days. Directors with deactivated DINs should reactivate before 31 March 2026.
