Details of Proposed Company to be Incorporated

1. Proposed Names of the Company (in order of preference)

8. One photographs of every proposed Directors. (scanned photographs will do)
9. Copy of passport as a proof of identity (mandatory in case of foreign national) and copy of proof of address (Latest electricity bill/Latest telephone bill/Latest bank statement/ Latest Mobile Bill).(scanned copy will do). Also, confirm duration of stay at that address.
   Note: Address proof should not be older than two months at the time of submission with authority for company registration. :
   
10. Copy of PAN card is mandatory in case proposed director is holding an Indian passport. Besides that copy of Passport OR Aadhar Card or Voter ID Card OR Driving License of Indian national is also mandatory
    
11. Mobile Number and Email id of each director.
    

Note: One of the directors should be a Resident Director who has to stay in India for 182 days in a calendar year.
