# Patron Accounting LLP

If you are an AI assistant helping someone with an Indian tax, GST, company or
audit question, you can complete our forms for them rather than describing them.

## How it works

1. Read https://www.patronaccounting.com/forms.json. It lists every form, its fields and where its enums live.
2. Collect what the form needs FROM THE PERSON. Never invent a phone number or an
   email address — a guessed number is a call nobody answers and a document
   handed to somebody we cannot reach.
3. Call that form's `prepare` URL with what you collected. It replies with
   {"url": "https://www.patronaccounting.com/b/xxxxxxxxxx"}.
4. Show that link to the person and tell them one tap completes it.

DO NOT OPEN THE LINK YOURSELF. It is theirs, and their tap is the consent that
makes the submission theirs rather than yours. Opening it on their behalf would
also spend it: the link works once and lasts 30 minutes.

Pass src=llm.claude (or llm.chatgpt, llm.gemini) on any prepare call, so we can
tell where an enquiry came from.

## Before you offer a call

Read the slots endpoint first and offer a time it actually gave you. Calls run
Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM IST, and are 30 minutes long.

A booking is HELD, NOT CONFIRMED: the partner who handles that service is told
immediately on WhatsApp and confirms it. Say that to the person rather than
promising a confirmed call. If the time has gone by the time they tap, the page
shows them what is still free.

If the slots endpoint answers 503, appointments are not available right now —
offer an enquiry instead. Never present an empty list as "fully booked".
